The shops attempt to communicate with the web server every 3 minutes, to indicate their presence on the WAN and to check for any head office requests. The minutes column shows the number of lapsed minutes since the shop last contacted the web app on the server. From that you can see that 265 Newark may have a comms problem as it's 31 minutes since it last contacted the web app. After an hour, that row would turn blue and after two hours it would turn red and issue a warning to a Head Office supervisor. The Trans Count column shows the number of Sales transactions ie stock movements only, that were successfully uploaded at the last session for that shop.
